Leaning Tree Ewer

60.00

The leaning tree. My husband is a fly fishing guide so we tend to spend a lot of time on creeks and rivers. In the spring, when the heavy snow pack softens and melts its way down the mountains, the rivers and creeks rise and rage. They erode and cut away the river banks, pulling trees and shrubs along with them. Sometimes a tree is left leaning over the river, its roots exposed and barely gripping. A dangerous, tenuous, but beautiful situation.

These ewers can be used for pouring a variety of liquids including, but not limited to sake, tamari, vinegars, and oils.
